Please note that we only supply the P.A system for announcing race day info. We do not provide music as this requires a PRS Music licence for the event which we do not supply. We do however provide a standard audio jack that will fit all types of MP3 Players/ Iphones etc so that you can provide your own music playlists. It is your responsibility to obtain the required PRS music licence to cover the playing of music at your events. You can find plenty of information regarding this subject online.

Race Clocks We have 2 types available Seiko Race Clock (Single Sided) Seiko Race Clocks are the number 1 clock to be used and provide a clear flip digit screen that is visible in all lighting conditions. These can be provided on a stand next to the start/finish and can also be fixed to the roof of a lead car. LED Double Sided Race Clock Our double sided LED clocks are a great addition to any event. They can be either hung from a gantry or placed on a stand next to the start/finish line.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of an event being cancelled by the event organiser we will need to charge the following fees:
Within 2 months of the event date we will charge a fee of: £700.00
Before 2 months of the event date we will charge a fee of: £350.00
I agree to pay a non refundable deposit of £250.00 in order to guarantee my booking (this will be deducted on the final invoice) I also agree to the cancellation policy outlined above less any deposits paid.
