Timing Enquiry

Cannot see your times or need to change some details? no need to worry we have several backups in place in order for us to find your times. No timing system is 100% perfect and on the odd occasion we do have problems with timing chips not reading or failing to work. We generally get 99.5% reads across an average race. To combat this problem we have a couple of backup systems in place so that we can get 100% of the times for all competitors that cross the finish line. We have live HD cameras running at all of our finish lines and we can use this footage to rectify any issue we may face.

If you can let us know what you where wearing as en example the colour of you're t-shirt etc then it will help our staff locate you on the backup video cameras. Our backup cameras account for 100% of competitors who cross our finish lines so we will be able to find you. By giving us the information needed will only speed up the process of getting your times right. Most of the events that we provide timing for now include finish line competitor video clips, in some cases it is helpful if you can locate yourself as you know when you may have finished and will be able to find yourself a lot easier than we can.
